Who we are

Capstan Logic builds websites, automation, and custom software from British Columbia, Canada. This page explains what personal information this site collects and how it is used.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, a description of the work, and optionally your business name and phone number.

If you contact us directly by email or WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to send through those services under their own terms.

How we use it

Enquiry details are used to respond to you and to scope prospective work. Nothing else. We do not run marketing lists, and we do not sell or share your information for advertising.

Services this site relies on

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The contact form is protected against automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile, and submissions are delivered to our business inbox by Resend. Each of these providers processes data only as needed to perform that function.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may perform strictly necessary technical checks to distinguish people from automated traffic.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any work that follows from it.
